In the heart of Giverny, in Normandy, choose this B&B with an Impressionist feel.
You will be staying in the 'Grande Maison', renovated by the American diplomat Frazier, or in the Villa Besche (rented by Lilla Cabot Perry and then by Frédérick William MacMonnies when Monet used to live there). On site, separate entrance, secure parking, big terraced garden to rest and a painting studio to practice or to visit. The bedroom "Félix" is an outbuilding of the big house with a rustic Norman style and exposed beams, with an entrance hall and kitchen area, and a bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor. The rustic Norman style bedroom "Villa Besche", with its beams, dimension stones and half-timbering, has a private access from the footpath. It consists of an entrance hall and kitchen area, and a bedroom and a
bathroom on the first floor. You can also enjoy a small separate garden. A B&B ideally located to explore Giverny, a few minutes' walk away from Claude Monet's House, the Museum of Impressionisms, the Natural Mechanical Museum, the church and the graveyard where
Monet rests, the Lancaster memorial, the dolmen, the bakery and the restaurants. At the start of paths ideal for walks or bike rides.
